Editing your menu with QResponse is easy! You can quickly create menus from photos, links to websites or add menu items yourself. Making adjustments on the go is simple and adding, removing or editing menu categories can be done fast!
Once logged in to your QResponse account you will find four options, Pre-order menu, Regular menu, Takeout menu and Takeout add-ons.
1. Access http://app.qresponse.ca and select “Login”
2. Enter your account information
3. Access the Menu dashboard and select the menu you wish to edit
The Pre-order menu is where you can enter menu items you would like your guests to see and order before they arrive (the ability for customers to see this menu can be shut off).
The Regular menu is where your regular menu can be created, uploaded or connected to your current website.
The Takeout menu is where you can enter menu items you would like your customers to be able to order for takeout (if you’ve opted to use QResponse takeout).
The Takeout add-ons option is where you can create optional add-ons for menu items (e.g. extra cheese).
1. Navigate to the Pre-order menu
2. To add a category choose “Add a Category”
3. Name your new category. Adding categories like “Daily Specials” can serve as an area where you highlight your daily deals!
4. If you need to edit or delete this category name select the “Edit Selected Category” option
5. To add pre-order items to a category choose the “Add Item” option
6. When adding a menu item, the name, price and category are required while other categories are optional. You can:
Select “Add” when finished.
7. You can preview your pre-order menu at anytime to see what your customers will see on this dashboard
1. Navigate to the Regular menu
2. Select “Display Mode”
3. Choose how you want your menu displayed to your customers & click “Save”
A) To upload or edit a menu, choose the “Upload or Edit Menu” option
B) In the “Upload or Edit Menu” option you can upload any custom made images or PDF files (Warning: PDF files may not be viewable with Android phones) as your menu by choosing the “Upload menu in PDF or image format” option. You can either click and drag your file in or click within the dotted box to choose your file

C) You can delete any of the uploaded menus at any time by using the “Delete menu for this category” option

To link your menu to an existing website choose the “Upload menu in PDF or image format” option and enter the URL

1. Navigate to the Takeout add-ons
2. To add something, click “Add Add-on” and enter the name and price of the add-on – e.g. extra cheese $1.00
3. The items you put here are now available in the Pre-order menu, Regular menu and Takeout menu as add-ons you can apply to items in those menus
Any of the menus you create can be synced to another menu, so you do not have to manually create each menu from scratch.
1. Click on the “Sync Menus” button
2. Select the source menu and the destination menu and click “Sync menus”
