Personalizing your businesses SMS messages to customers is easy with QResponse.
1. Access http://app.qresponse.ca and select “Login”
2. Enter your account information
3. Select your Settings dashboard
4. Select the “Notifications” option
5. Personalize the message customers see when they first sign up for the waitlist in the first box
6. Personalize the message customers see when you notify them that it is their turn to be served in the second box
7. You can automate sending the message customers see when it is their turn to be served. Turn on “Automatic SMS notifications” and customers will automatically receive a message 5 minutes before it it there turn to be served.
8. Once you have made changes select “Save Changes”
